Vanji Return and Exchange Policy

At Vanji, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with every piece of clothing they purchase. We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations, and that’s why we have established a comprehensive Return and Exchange Policy to make your shopping experience with us worry-free. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a seamless process.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Steps to Book Return & Exchanges

 

  1. Returns:

    • Initiating the Return: You can initiate a return by visiting vanji.com/return within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

    • Return Shipping: Once the return is booked, we will arrange for a pickup of the items. You need to hand over the items to the courier agent after verifying the AWB number, which will be sent to you via email.

    • Refund Processing: After we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days, excluding any shipping charges.
       

  2. Exchanges:

    • Initiating the Exchange: You can initiate an exchange by visiting vanji.com/return within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

    • Exchange Shipping: Once the exchange is booked, we will arrange for a pickup of the items. Hand over the items to the courier agent after checking the AWB number, which you will receive via email. After we receive your returned item(s), we will ship the new item(s) to you. Vanji will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item(s) back to you.
       

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
     

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging for a return, exchange, or replacement as necessary.
