Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:


  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Please ensure that the original tags and packaging are intact.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • Clearance Sale items are non-returnable but can be exchanged for other sale items.



  • We understand that sometimes you may need a different size or color. We offer exchanges for eligible items.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will process it as a return and issue a refund as per our refund policy (see section 3).

  • Clearance Sale items can be exchanged for other sale items.


  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase or will be added as a store credit as per your preference.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return/Exchange Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns exchange portal.

  • You will receive an email with a return/exchange authorization.

  • Please securely package the item and include the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.

Return Shipping:


  • We will pick the return item from your doorstep at free of cost. While delivering the t-shirts to the courier guy, please check the AWB number with him. If the t-shirts, by mistake, delivered to a wrong person, unfortunately, we can not do anything as we do not own the delivery company. So, please cross check the AWB number and deliver it.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.

  • We will arrange for a return/exchange and cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Please note:


  • Customers are allowed to initiate a return or exchange for a specific issue only once. Subsequent requests for the same issue will not be processed.

  • Vanji reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

  • The policy mentioned here applies to purchases made directly from our online store. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective return/exchange policies.
