Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon vanji.in’S shipment to the shipping carrier.
vanji.in Will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts vanji.in reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to
other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.

Returns and Exchange conditions:
vanji.in will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met.
The tags on the product should be intact.
The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
Limitation on refund amount for courier charges
If the customer wants to instant return or return within 30 days, and vanji does not offer reverse pickup of the items, the customer can send us the shipment himself/herself. Also, we request the customer to send the scanned copy of the courier slip to STORE@VANJI.IN and VANJI will refund the amount.
Reverse Pickup Process:
vanji.in will not be liable for the products returned by mistake
In a scenario where a product not belonging to VANJI is returned by mistake, VANJI is not accountable for misplacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.
Limitation on refund amount for courier charges
Please do collect the RVP slip/Written confirmation from the Courier company that the RVP has been done for a particular shipment/order.
RVP slip to be produced in case of discrepancy between customer and our logistics partner
In case of any discrepancy in the status of reverse pick up of a product, (where the customer claims the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if the customer successfully furnishes the RVP slip given at the time of the pick up.
In case of exchange request placed by the customer, the exchange will be done on special price of the item(s) not on MRP.
vanji.in may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the Terms.
If you or vanji.in terminates your use of the Website or any Service, vanji.in may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and vanji.in will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User License Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you.

Unauthorized Charges on your card
If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on vanji.in , but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven't placed the order. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable VANJI to begin an investigation.
Cancellation of Fraudulent/Loss to business Orders
To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, vanji.in reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. vanji.in also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.
The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:
Customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by vanji.
Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification
Misuse of another customer's phone/email
Customer uses invalid email and phone no.
Overuse of a voucher code
Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
Customer returns the wrong product
Customer refuses to pay for an order
Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order
The customer may be considered loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met:
Customer with a very high return rate
Invalid/Incomplete address cases
Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues
Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked. Any gift credits earned through loyalty or referral program will be forfeited in such case.
Cancellation of Bulk Orders
vanji.in may cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by vanji.in :
Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category
Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
Invalid address given in order details
Any malpractice used to place the order
Any promotional voucher used for placing the 'Bulk Order' may not be refunded
Process for Pilferage Claim
If a customer raises a complaint for partial item/partial order through Customer Care
The customer is supposed to claim for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained

Short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
The snapshots of the packet and other box(If any)(Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the customer)
The refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation which usually requires 3-4 business day. The process will include investigation with the concerned departments
The customer may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
Customer fails to provide adequate information about the case
Customer fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day
Customer must not dispose the packaging for 3-4 days post delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
What we do about mispricings
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item.
If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.

As per new RBI guidelines, customers would not be allowed to use VANJI Credits/ Gift credits/ Cash vouchers while placing an order from the vanji Partners where the products are packed and shipped from partner location itself.
Gift cards or Vouchers sold or distributed by VANJI or by any of its partner, are issued directly to a customer only. VANJI is not liable for any misuse, loss or damage of any voucher or gift card.
Discounts will be applied to the total merchandise value including VAT and applicable taxes. Issuance or redemption of a voucher or coupon will apply to the total value of the qualifying order once all promotional discounts have been applied.
Only one credit note/gift voucher/voucher can be used per order unless otheriwise stated.
Discount vouchers - Discount vouchers may from time to time be offered to account holders;such vouchers may only be applied to purchases made through the account to which the discount voucher was offered and registered. In order to receive referral points, friends referred by members must be new to VANJI and not already registered with VANJI.
Members will be eligible to get referral points only if the referred friend clicks the invitation email or member’s personalized link to place an order from VANJI.IN. If a member’s order is not completed successfully, (due to non-payment, cancellation, non-delivery, return), then user will not be eligible for the points received against this order
If a referred friend’s order is not completed (due to non-payment, cancellation, non delivery, return), the user will not be eligible for the referral points received against this order
A member can send maximum 200 referral invites at once and upto 5000 referral invites in his lifetime.
If a member initiates a return request for a part or whole of his order, reward points corresponding to the amount will be immediately reversed. Incase, member's return request is rejected, the points will not be credited back into his account.

What is vanji.in's Shipping Policy?
We strive to deliver products purchased from vanji in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 999* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 999.

vanji.in’s Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on vanji.in’s within 30 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your vanji’s cashback account. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. vanji.in’s 30 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on vanji.in’s for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition
There are two ways to return the product to us. In most locations we offer a free pick up service for your return. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request. If we don't offer a pick up at your location, or if you prefer, you can ship an item back to us. In such cases, we will credit your cashback account with Rs.100 to cover your cost of shipping the product back to us.
Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your vanji.in’s account. If you wish to receive a refund instead, please send an email with the following details from your registered email address to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check we shall return it back to you.

You can exchange an item purchased from vanji.in’s for a new size or the original size for no extra charge. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. How do I return a product to vanji.in’s ?
To return a product to vanji.in’s , please follow these steps:
Create a Returns Request online by going to the My Returns section of vanji.in’s . You can return almost all products purchased from vanji.in’s within 30 days of receiving the product. Follow the screens that come up after clicking on 'Return a Product' button. Please make a note of the Return ID that that we generate at the end of the process.
Fill out a returns form: You can use the returns form that was sent with the order or download and print one at the link available by clicking on your return ID. If you don't have the returns form or can't access a printer, please write the following information on a sheet of paper and use that sheet as the returns form:
Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us: You can choose to schedule a pick-up of your order or self-ship your return to us. We offer pick-ups of your return in select locations - this option will be available to you when you submit your return online.
Pick-up: If you choose to schedule a pick-up, please put the product with accompanying tag and a filled out returns form in a packet. Leave the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff will initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Distribution Center. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff we will credit your account with cashback.
Self-ship: If you choose to self-ship, please pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags and a filled out returns form. Kindly address the package to the address of the delivery center closest to you. We have listed out the addresses of the delivery centers in another section on this page.
We will send you a confirmation email as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request by going to the order status section.
How do I place an exchange request on vanji.in’s ?
If you would like to exchange some products purchased from vanji.in’s , please follow these steps:
Create an exchange request online. You can exchange any product purchased from vanji.in’s within 30 days of delivery by going to the order status section. Please select the item you wish to exchange. If your address is serviceable for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference
Fill out a returns form for the original product that you are exchanging. You can use the returns form that was sent with the original order. If you don't have a returns form, please write the following information on a sheet of paper and use this sheet as the returns form.

Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. In the packet, please include the product along with the tags that it came with and a completed returns form

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?
We take 1 business day to initiate a NEFT transfer or 7 to 10 business days if it is an online refund after the returned item has reached us.Therefore the refund time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility.
In case it is beyond the above, please send us a screenshot of your bank statement from the day the order was placed and we will expedite the refund. (NEFT - 1 Business day. Online Refund 7-10 Business days once the request is processed)
How do I return multiple products from a single order?
If you are returning multiple products from a single order, you will receive a separate Return ID and email for each item. However, you can ship all the products delivered in a single order in a single shipment. Please include the Return IDs for all the products in a single return form.
Does VANJI.IN pick up the product I want to return from my location?
Currently we pickup returns only in select PIN Codes. If your delivery location is serviceable, you will be able to see and select the pickup option when you queue your return online.
We will pick up the return within 72 hours of your placing the request. Please keep the return shipment ready.
I would like to Self-Ship the return myself to vanji.in’s . How can I do this?
If your pincode is not covered by our pickup service, you will need to self-ship the return item by courier. If we do not offer a return pick up service in your area or you choose to ship the return to us, please send the return package and the returns form inside to the nearest delivery centre. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 towards your shipping costs. This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

What is vanji.in’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by going to the 'CANCEL ORDER' section of the website. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your vanji.in’s account in the form of Cashback.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your Myntra.com Cashback account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated it to your account

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with cash at the time of delivery. vanji.in offers a Cash on Delivery option for all orders between Rs. 0 and Rs. 10000 for most delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page.
Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?
If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
Your order value may be below Rs. 0 or over Rs. 10000.
Our courier partners may not support a Cash on Delivery option to your delivery address.
You may have placed another order using the COD option which is pending delivery. If the amount of this order when added to your current order exceeds Rs. 10000, then the COD option will be disabled.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery(COD) payment option on the payment page to place your order.

How is the VAT amount decided?

Footwear and Accessories: Max 12% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. The balance VAT amount payable to government will be borne by VANJI.
Other Categories: Customer doesn't need to pay any VAT.
If I return the purchased product will the VAT amount charged be refunded?
Yes. If you return the product the applicable VAT amount will also be refunded to your VANJI’S cashback account.
